Mehran himself set out to be a footballer, but a severe knee injury put an end to his dreams. He remained hell-bent on being a part of football, and that spurred him to pursue a professional coaching career. He wanted to make a difference in football, so he began to look for ways to make the sport more impactful and rewarding. At 22, he began his journey into professional coaching, and today, that journey has taken him through England, Spain, Portugal, Holland, and Dubai.
With a university degree in Economics and Management, Mehran Rowshan has built one of the most revolutionary football training institutes, which focuses on not just building players but also on making the world better as a whole and instilling a positive perspective about football. He is well-known in Dubai as a top football coach discovering players and building sustainable, successful careers on and off the field. Alliance Football Club has trained more than 10,000 players since it was established, and Mehran ensured the club focuses on the players’ football skills, IQ, and real-life skills to help them navigate the real-life issues they might encounter.
The football club’s mission is to help passionate players pursue their dreams and make the most of them. Building on his family’s legacy, Mehran Rowshan has taken football from faraway Tehran to become a globally recognized multiple FA-qualified coach. He co-founded Arsenal Soccer School in Dubai in 2009 before Alliance Football Club came to life in 2015. Now, his focus is on training young children, teenagers, and adults to play football professionally. He also puts them through nutrition and psychological training, coaching, mentorship, etc. Mehran develops unique football drills that are not available anywhere else to make sure his players maintain top form every day in training and matches.
